Welcome to Our World of Chocolate!
Our candies are made with tons of love and one special ingredient – Pride. We hope you enjoy eating our candy as much as we enjoy making it!
We learned the art of making delicious chocolates at the apron strings of my Greek father-in-love and Tom’s Grandpa, Jim Manusos.
Every detail was considered; everything needed to be fresh and natural. He believed cutting corners resulted in less-than-perfect chocolates, so he prided himself on making everything from scratch with top quality ingredients - and so do we. Grandma Lil was passionate about lovely presentation of the store and packaging.
Making chocolate treats for family, friends, and later craft shows fueled our passion for a high-quality chocolate business and led to the creation of Melody Chocolatier (Grandpa LOVED music). We bring Grandpa Jim and Grandma Lil’s philosophy to everything we do at Melody Chocolatier.
We are fortunate to make our chocolates in the large and well equipped Shared-Dream Kitchen in Elgin.
We thank Katie Cousino for developing our web site and Bob Erickson for his wonderful photos of our chocolates!
